We take on a physiotherapy approach when it comes to counselling. Meaning that after each session you will receive an email from your counsellor highlighting important points of discussion and reminding you of anything to practice at home. Just like physiotherapy when you receive that document of exercises to do at home. If you practice and do exercises at home, it will greatly strengthen your ability to heal and make the necessary adjustments as you navigate life.
