When do I pay?

Payment for sessions is typically completed after your session through the Jane App. E-transfer is acceptable, if arranged with your counsellor.

How do I pay?

Within the JaneApp, credit card information is collected in the intake form. After payment, a receipt will be sent via email. You can provide a copy of that receipt to your insurance provider.

Can I use my insurace? Is direct billing available?

We are able to direct bill through these programs: First Nation Health Authority (FNHA), WorkBC, Crime Victim Assistance Program (CVAP), AQAM Health & Wellness.

We also offer direct billing through Telus eClaims, that way you can skip the hassle of submitting the receipt and just pay the portion not covered by insurance. Here are some of the participating providers:
